JH Event Collective listens thoughtfully to our clients' needs and operates primarily as a concierge company. This means we take the time to fully understand our clients' vision before committing to their projects. Once we have a complete understanding of the scope, we provide a proposal and an estimated event budget. Delivering on our clients' vision and exceeding expectations is our measure of success. We only take on projects that are a strong fit for our company and where we are confident in exceeding client expectations. We live for the joy of successfully planning and precisely executing events.

Yes, we do offer full budget and vendor management as our preferred approach, making things feel more all-inclusive. We also understand that at times and with bigger events, navigating vendor contracts can be shared with a larger corporate team and we are happy to accommodate this as well and will just be outlined in our contract and SOP.

We are able to manage full event operations including leading your team through the event strategic visioning through execution and follow up, or we are able manage certain details of your event in an ala carte fashion including some of the following:

JHEC offers a thorough inquiry, proposal and contract process, meeting with key stakeholders on your team to ensure the perfect fit. Upon contracting and engaging in work with our clients, we require a minimum retainer. JH Event Collective charges an industry standard margin on the total cost of the events we plan or in some instances will charge  a flat fee based on services desired. We do not mark up third-party vendor fees, and there are no hidden charges—our billing is transparent and falls on the low end of industry standards. 

We believe in taking care of all involved parties in our clients' events so that everyone walks away satisfied and able to do their best work.
