Her journey is a tapestry woven with entrepreneurial triumphs, from launching and scaling acclaimed brands like Rocky Mountain Bride® Magazine and YOGA + Life® to pioneering in the LOHAS (Lifestyle Health and Sustainability) industry with the first yoga school and studio in Breckenridge, Colorado. 

With a background that spans media production and a tenure as a captivating television personality in a variety of lifestyle networks like Outside, Altitude Sports & Entertainment, and the Weather Channel, Juli has honed her ability to create unforgettable experiences. She has been leading inspirational and transitional retreats for private groups for over a decade, meticulously scouting and vetting domestic and international locations from Cabo to Colorado, Milan to Manhattan, and Vegas to Vienna. Her high standards in location, service quality, and curated experiences cater perfectly to discerning clientele seeking above-and-beyond adventures that blend culture, celebrity encounters, and thrilling escapades.

One of Juli's passions of professional sports allow her to sit on the Colorado Avalanche Alumni Association board and has served as both their Business Development Manager as well as their Executive Director. She additionally has served on a variety of other nonprofit boards supporting women's rights, mental health support, youth sports, arts and culture, as well as sharing vision for fundraising strategies and event execution.

Beyond the spotlight as an executive team player, Juli's strategic vision has enabled her to orchestrate bespoke Corporate events and VIP experiences that seamlessly integrate media, sponsors, and exclusive encounters with professional athletes, teams, musicians and more. Her Executive Advisory role for Breckenridge Grand Vacations underscore her knack for crafting authentic company narratives and elevating brands to new heights, leveraging her extensive network and meticulous event planning prowess.

Juli's accolades speak volumes: honored with the prestigious "Women Who Rock" entrepreneurship award and recognized as a top female influencer featured in ORIGIN magazine, she continues to redefine leadership from her mountain base in Breckenridge, Colorado. Here, she not only teaches yoga and leads rejuvenating retreats but also remains a guiding force in event production worldwide. Her passion for wellness, combined with her visionary approach to business, leaves an indelible mark on both local communities and global audiences, ensuring every endeavor is infused with creativity, purpose, and unparalleled success.

Juli lives with her family in Summit County, Colorado and enjoys traveling, live music, professional sporting events, spending time with her kids, skiing, biking, hiking, teaching yoga, sauna-ing, and anything outdoors.

With nearly two decades of experience in business development and exceptional relationship management, Holli Owen excels at anticipating needs and communicating across all walks of life, with particular expertise in managing top 1% luxury clients. A mission to surprise and delight is at the core of her devotion to unparalleled hospitality and partnership. In her latest venture, Owen’s global travels and engagement with the outdoors (skiing, hiking, climbing, running, yoga) ignited a passion for creating positive change in people’s lives. Owen brought holistic vision, and exceptional attention to detail to create a truly unique customized and transformational wellness and trekking company that optimized growth pathways for each guest called RESET.

Prior to co-founding RESET, Owen spent 15 years with the Telluride Ski and Golf Resort. In her business development role Owen planned events in world class luxury markets for discerning guests. During her time at the acclaimed Telluride Ski and Golf Resort, Owen conceived and developed an events division dedicated to making TSG a foremost destination for leisure and business travel, and a trusted partner for esteemed groups such as the Young Presidents’ Organization.  She created and managed the company's most prestigious corporate partnerships, and excelled at building important relationships for the company during her tenure with brands such as Wheels UP, Sentient Jet, and Bentley.

In addition to her corporate work, Owen continues to pursue skills that support and foster superior guest relations, such as: a Level 1 Sommelier certification, an

Excellence in Service training offered by Michelin-starred chef Charlie Trotter, and a certificate

in Plant-Based Nutrition through Cornell University. This 360 degree holistic approach

enables Owen to be deeply present for all her clients’ and guests’ needs.  She also serves on the board for the Telluride Mountain Club and is deeply committed to supporting Crossing Thresholds, an organization that builds primary schools in the Kibera slum of Nairobi, Kenya.

Owen and her two children have been proud residents of Telluride, CO for the past 22 years.

Sophie creates bespoke luxury experiences designed to become lasting memories. Whether she is planning an intimate private dinner, rallying a community around a cause, or producing an immersive multi-day corporate retreat, she believes luxury lives in the details clients never see and the moments they never forget.

Her approach is grounded in her years as wine director and general manager of a top-rated fine dining restaurant in Telluride, Colorado, where she led the team, the wine program, and the guest experience night after night. There, she learned to read a room, anticipate needs before they’re spoken, and deliver the kind of polished, personal service that keeps discerning guests coming back.

Sophie brought that same standard to the corporate world as Executive Assistant to the CEO of an investment fund out of Miami, FL. During her time in the role, she planned and produced a four-day retreat for 18 of the fund’s portfolio founders. She curated every element, from programming and logistics to the moments in between that turn a group of colleagues into a community.

That led Sophie to founding her own company based on that professional passion for exceptionality in the details: SIP, a private events company through which she designs and produces experiences from concept to final toast, ranging from intimate sommelier-paired dinners to leading a team as they produced a 150-guest non-profit gala. A personal highlight includes a private fundraising dinner with Jazz Aspen Snowmass, where she partnered with Michelin-starred chef Alex Hong of San Francisco to pair his menu with wines from Château Smith Haut Lafitte and Cathiard Vineyards.

Sophie holds the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines with Distinction and a degree in International Relations, and offers sommelier services alongside her event work. 

Off the clock, Sophie is probably traveling and definitely moving, whether it be on a hiking trail, ski slope or deep-ocean dive site!
