With nearly two decades of experience in business development and exceptional relationship management, Holli Owen excels at anticipating needs and communicating across all walks of life, with particular expertise in managing top 1% luxury clients. A mission to surprise and delight is at the core of her devotion to unparalleled hospitality and partnership. In her latest venture, Owen’s global travels and engagement with the outdoors (skiing, hiking, climbing, running, yoga) ignited a passion for creating positive change in people’s lives. Owen brought holistic vision, and exceptional attention to detail to create a truly unique customized and transformational wellness and trekking company that optimized growth pathways for each guest called RESET.

Prior to co-founding RESET, Owen spent 15 years with the Telluride Ski and Golf Resort. In her business development role Owen planned events in world class luxury markets for discerning guests. During her time at the acclaimed Telluride Ski and Golf Resort, Owen conceived and developed an events division dedicated to making TSG a foremost destination for leisure and business travel, and a trusted partner for esteemed groups such as the Young Presidents’ Organization.  She created and managed the company's most prestigious corporate partnerships, and excelled at building important relationships for the company during her tenure with brands such as Wheels UP, Sentient Jet, and Bentley.

In addition to her corporate work, Owen continues to pursue skills that support and foster superior guest relations, such as: a Level 1 Sommelier certification, an

Excellence in Service training offered by Michelin-starred chef Charlie Trotter, and a certificate

in Plant-Based Nutrition through Cornell University. This 360 degree holistic approach

enables Owen to be deeply present for all her clients’ and guests’ needs.  She also serves on the board for the Telluride Mountain Club and is deeply committed to supporting Crossing Thresholds, an organization that builds primary schools in the Kibera slum of Nairobi, Kenya.

Owen and her two children have been proud residents of Telluride, CO for the past 22 years.
